Our traditional South Tyrolean restaurant in the Hotel Tschögglbergerhof will introduce you to this diverse world of gourmet experiences with our half board – with a seasonal gourmet breakfast and a varied choice of evening menus. In the afternoon and at lunch, all the possibilities are available. Dine down to earth with our selection of delicious dishes at lunchtime in the Tschögglbergerhof or in the afternoon in the Saltino Bistro – our restaurant directly in the Saltus Forest Retreat in San Genesio/Jenesien. In an inspiring ambience, a large number of ever-changing, seasonal dishes impress you. Refreshing juices, carefully selected wines, local beers, exquisite teas, and anything else that your heart and taste buds may desire.
