Dear Anna, Today was a tranquil day here at Hotel Saltus. I enjoyed my breakfast on the terrace, gazing out at the misty Dolomites. Although I overslept the Pilates class, a cappuccino and a 7-minute egg made for a perfect morning. The day’s agenda included a trip to the #steinernemandlen. My Alessandro opted to relax by the pool, so I set out on my own. The solitude amidst the mountains is truly rejuvenating.
