Cancellation, deposit & guarantee
General Terms (applicable to all rates)
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee.
- Deposit (40%): Your room reservation is confirmed with a 40% deposit.
- The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
- For cancellations within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of € 30.
Standard Rate (flexible)
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation, the following charges apply: from 14 days before arrival: 50%, from 7 days before arrival: 80%, in case of no-show, early departure, or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% (regardless of resale)
Early Booker Rate (flexible)
- Bookable up to 60 days before arrival
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- 10–20% discount (depending on season)
- Payment: the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
- Cancellation after the free cancellation deadline (within 60 days of arrival): up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount, from 29 days before arrival (incl. no-show / cancellation on arrival day / early departure): 100% of the total amount

- The children’s rates are valid for accommodation in the parents’ bedroom with 2 full-paying adults. Otherwise, the adult price will be charged for the child as well.
Dogs
- Dogs are allowed at the hotel only upon request. We charge € 30,- per day for additional cleaning, excluding pet food. We happily prepare a dog bowl and basket.
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate pets other than dogs. But for all other beloved companions, we warmly recommend Tierpension Kohlerhof, just 5 km away in Afing village – a cozy and caring place for your furry (or feathered) friends during your stay.
- We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your dog so that we can prepare the room accordingly.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool, spa and garden.
- The surrounding meadows and woods offer numerous places for you to walk your dog.
Go green
- If you arrive by train, you will receive a 5% discount on the accommodation price (discount applies to all adults in the room, not applicable for packages and retreats). From Bolzano train station, bus nr. 156 with hourly departure during the day will take you directly to the hotel. Alternatively, we can pick you up from the train station in Bolzano/Bozen with our hotel shuttle (45 Euros per shuttle one way).
